Ida No & Johnny Jewel took the stage at the Knockout this Thursday & played to a packed house of fans. Ida’s haunting vocals were backed by Johnny’s masterful fingers on his Korg MS 2000 and a trusty drum machine. For lack of a better description & due to this massive hangover I’m nursing I’m going to take the easy way out and say the show was nothing short of super duper amazing!

For the last song they played ‘Etheric Device’ over the Geto Boy’s ‘Mind Playing Tricks On Me’ beat. Orgasmic. Glass Candy is playing The Echo tonight in Los Angeles. I’d advise all in the area to attend. Their tour hit Texas next week, check their myspace for dates.
