Electronica/IDM/hip hop guru Prefuse 73 is back. He’s got a new album on the way which is the follow up to 2006’s Security Screenings. In support of the album he’s been tearing clubs up from Moscow to Mexico.
He recently threw down a live set to a packed house at Club Air in Tokyo and we got our hands on it. Prefuse’s set are known for their unique blend of hip hop and electronica; not battling for the spotlight but sharing and enjoying it equally. The mix is filled with Missingtoof staples, MF Doom, Clipse, Battles, Voice Of The Seven Bells and more.
