Being seventeen and having a single at #1 on the Billboard hot 100 must have Chicago born Soulja Boy on top of the world. The track ‘Crank Dat’ has grown folks trying to perform his dance in clubs and bars across the nation. The beat is undeniably fresh on the original cut, but not easy to swallow for some. Luckily for us a gang of producers out there realized the song could use a tweak or two and these awesome remixes were birthed.

A track isn't good *just* because it's sparse. The original isn't good, and not even in that 'so bad it's good' way. I got half a chuckle out of it the first time I heard it, but I'm living in Chicago now and it's EVERYwhere.

Someone tell this kid you don't only have to use the sounds that came with FruityLoops. IMPORT A .WAV FUCKER!!!

But props to some of these remixes. Turning it into a halfway tolerable song.
