If you have tried to access the site in the past two weeks chances are you have come across the most frustrating message the internet has to offer a.k.a. the ‘503 error’. The reason that error has been popping up is because Missingtoof has gotten too big for its server’s skinny leg britches!
Thanks to all of you lovely readers our traffic has almost doubled since the beginning of the month, which is a great! To accommodate all of our excellent new readers we’ve had to buy a new server. I will be downloading the whole site and re-uploading it to the spiffy new server Saturday morning. After that, 503 errors should be a thing of the past and the site and database will load amazingly fast, the transfer rate should be greatly increased as well.
So bear with us! We love you guys and wouldn’t want you to ditch us for a younger prettier blog. :)
