Our boy PUBLIC has been on a path of Destruction as of late, playing live shows in SF & LA and all the while gaining more notoriety and fans.
Though still fairly new to the world of dance music production, his hard work is paying off. Every time time he puts out a track, you can hear his sound developing and maturing into his own, and it’s only getting better.
PUBLIC may not demand your respect, but after hearing his music, you’ll definitely give it to him.

This guy is terrible and he has a Daft Punk tattoo. He didn’t even like them until he went to Coachella a couple years ago. He probably hated One More Time when it first came out too, that’s alright though, everybody did. I can’t believe they booked him at Dimmak Tuesdays. I’m going to go listen to Modeselektor now.

I’m not a fan of the Thom Yorke track. I went through the whole electroclash bullshit in 2001-2002 (when richie panic first started djing at Fake) and this whole scene is the same trend. For what it’s worth Dan, I do like Royal Rumble.

Trend, sorry you don’t enjoy my music. However, neither myself or anyone else is forcing you to listen to it. You can like/dislike whatever music you please; we live in a great country. But to spend your own time (which apparently isn’t very valuable), photoshopping pictures of me, logging into Missingtoof under multiple names to bash me, and even posting links to your own music in my blog posting (which I worked very hard to achieve; not by being friends with anyone), is pretty ridiculous. I know not everyone will like the music I make, but as a music appreciator, I can at least respect others efforts and hard work (and I work very hard at this). He’s good friends with Captain Ahab(from LA), Otto, Baseck, Eustachian, and that whole crew, and he tours internationally all the time. Google it. “Best Party Ever Toecutter” See how many hits you get compared to any of Public’s songs. Toecutter uses pretty much all outboard gear samplers and circuit bends the shit out of toys to get his sounds. Now if Missingtoof was jocking Toecutter tracks, you’d be sucking his cock like a little baby.
