Justice, everyone’s favorite French crossover phenom have released their newest music video today via (adversary come BFF) Kanye West’s blog. Now, it’s safe to say this won’t be in any MTV video blocks. The video is hostile. It’s confrontational. It may be a bit stressful to watch—How appropriate.

Surkin is the fucking man. Reppin’ Parisian label-crew Institubes, Surkin released his latest ‘Next of Kin’ EP on April 7th. Get set for three original tracks and one remix by New Jersey electronica-head, Todd Edwards. That’s four tracks of dancefloor fire, but you only get one from me—I’ve opted to share not the title-track, but instead to run with ‘White Knight Two’, a disco house track flipped with some stuttering vocal effects. The beginning has kind of a Bizarre Inc. ‘I’m Gonna Get You’ vibe—I’m a total sucker for it.

Always striving for moar! Here are a pair from last years remix album, ‘Fireworks Refired’, including a self-remix and another from versatile label-mate Tacteel. Also, one Surkin remix from German electro-god Boys Noize recently released ‘Oi Oi Oi Remixed’ remix album.

Interestingly, the B-side is funny man “Weird” Al Yankovic’s track of the same name. (Now a question, how does this compare to the hot-shit Villains‘ track ‘Thrilla’ found here?)

I went to the bookstore the other day to purchase my monthly periodicals & laugh & people on awkward study dates. While perusing the store not only was Feist’s cd was playing over the p.a., but her mug was emblazoned on the cover of two major mags and had articles about her in at least 5 others that I saw.

Apparently Feist is poised to take over the world. If she ran for president she’d probably give the other constituents a run for other peoples money. My mom even likes her. Usually when you & one of your parental units agree on music its high time to re-evaluate your life. Feist is a rare exception to this rule.

Her track ‘My Moon My Man’ was remixed by Alex Ridha a.k.a. Boys Noize and appears on the new Kitsune Maison 4 compilation. It’s an excellent track & is this weeks Mad Repeater.

Kid Alex (a.k.a. Alexander Ridha and Boys Noize) the electro-tech prodigy has been dropping bombs on fools with his hard hitting tracks since he was signed to Gigolo Records by Dj Hell himself back in 2003.

Under the moniker Boys Noize he’s remixed the likes of Bloc Party, The Kreeps, Tiga & he produced a mind bending remix of the Kaiser Chiefs’ ‘Everyday I Love You less and Less’. Go cop that KC remix if you can find it.

Download these tracks off his 2006 Restless release and just try not to do the chair dance.
