But, damned if I can’t help myself, this cut by soulful funkstress Erykah Badu as remixed by Captain Planet of Soul-Sides.com is so smooth—so ill. Badu has been out of the limelight and hasn’t released thing new since 2003’s ‘Worldwide Underground’, but this February 26th brings her 4th studio album, ‘New AmErykah, Pt. One: 4th World War’. This jam sounds like a return to form and the remix brings the straight heat.
