Canadian electro-rockers Dragonette just released their ‘Take It Like A Man’ single on iTunes & Amazon last week and included on the disc is our friends The Remix Artist Collective’s rework of the track. We told you they were going to get big. Get them to go to work on some of your tracks before you can’t afford them anymore!

We introduced you guys to The Remix Artist Collective (RAC) when they bestowed upon us their enticing Bloc Party remixes which you can still grab here and here. RAC has been busy chopping and splicing other remixes and working with their band The Pragmatic. The Pragmatic fired up their software and lent their skills to remixing French heavyweights Justice’s ‘Phantom’.

We fell totally in love with The Remix Artist Collective’s remix of “Hunting Witches” & now we are completely smitten with their remix of “Song For Clay”. & the Ed Banger boy SebastiAn lays his paws on BP’s I Still remember.
Bloc Party’s ‘Weekend In The City’ was not the hot hipster blockbuster everyone thought it was going to be. And while we were fans of their debut album ‘Silent Alarm’, the track that had everyone’s attention was obviously Phones’ remix of Banquet.
It appears that again, the best track from their new album is a remix. & it’s not even on the album! Do we smell a WITC remixed album?!
