Dang! That song is a dastardly juggernaut! I loved that ‘Hunting for Witches’ RAC remix we put up in April and of course we loved the Crystal Castles one that we up’d later, but folks, I love this one. It’s a new favorite mix of a new(ish) Bloc Party classic!
Villains have also tore apart a Michael Jackson sample from ‘Thriller’ and made it their own—’Thrilla’. As Vincent Price said, “no mere mortal can resist the evil of the thriller.” Bwahaha.

That bloc party remix is the shit, seriously. Actually anyone know when they made it? Cos months ago I heard Sinden play a great electro sounding remix of it, which I’ve not heard since, and was wondering if maybe that was it, or maybe he was just playing the vocal over something else…

My guess is that Sinden wasn’t playing the remix above. But, I can ask Villains when they made it. I know that ‘Thrilla’ track was make a while ago ’cause I’ve been sitting on it and loving it for months. I was anxious to share it ’cause it’s so good, but waited for their full package so Villains could come full force.
Go peep Villain’s MySpace and hear their Daft Punk Remix. As soon as it’s for public consumption, we’ll have it here first.
